Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. We will handle the arrangements with care and strive to design a menu with your ideas in mind.

We suggest you look over these menu options, then contact us and we will be happy to discuss your plans and customize a dinner that will reflect your wishes.

We provide china, silverware, water goblets, linen tablecloths and napkins, personnel to set tables, maintain the buffet, carve, pour coffee, clear plates, cut and serve cake, if you wish, and clean up the area we have used.

If you choose to provide appetizers prior to dinner we can offer a wide selection for your consideration.

Sample Menu Options

Tri-tip, roast loin of pork with apricot glaze,
baked ham or roast turkey, carved to the plate.
(choose one)

Breast of Chicken, lemon pepper, dijon, teriyaki,
parmesan, sherried mushroom.
(choose one)

Pasta Primavera, large cheese ravioli, tortellini with asparagus, rice pilaf, rice Florentine, garlic mashed potatoes,
au gratin potatoes, roasted red potatoes.
(choose one)

Garden salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms and
choice of two dressings; spinach salad with crumbled bacon,
chopped egg, red onion rings and sweet and sour vinaigrette;
Caesar salad; gourmet greens with craisins, feta,
caramelized walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette.

Pasta salad; oriental vegetable salad; tomatoes Milanese;
(choose one)
or you may prefer to offer a hot vegetable, green beans and
matchstick carrots, in place of this salad choice.
