Winter is over, the grass is green and the evenings are warm---it's Bar-B-Q time!!

If your event is a casual wedding reception, a luau, or a rompin' stompin' "messy doesn't matter" fun picnic, we have a menu for you!

We are happy to prepare "on site" with our equipment and provide plates, silverware, personnel to carve, maintain the buffet, clear plates, serve dessert and clean up the area we have used.

A wedding menu might consist of baron of beef, cooked on our rotisserie or tri-tip, both carved to the plate, chicken breast, baked beans or a pasta or potato offering, green salad, potato salad, pasta salad or cole slaw, fresh fruit and garlic bread or dinner rolls.

A luau could mean the whole pig on the rotisserie, or if you prefer, pork legs, carved to the plate. Teriyaki or sweet and sour chicken, Hawaiian sweet rice, spinach salad with mandarins, coconut, toasted almonds and poppyseed dressing, fresh fruit, and Hawaiian bread could round out the menu.

The picnic or casual party lends itself to ribs, chicken, hamburgers, baked beans or corn on the cob, potato salad, watermelon, garlic bread and apple pie.
